Episode Synopsis

This week on the Talksicology podcast, Joseph Gorordo we sell Talksicology T-shirts, and his name is on one! Want your own? Find them here: https://bit.ly/43KAEtX

Jason gives us an update on how his mom is handling life after the flood in Fort Lauderdale, and tells us his latest reassuring mantra, “It’s gonna be great.”

Speaking of great, this week’s guest is the multi-talented Jayme Shiarla!

These days Jayme is a certified life coach, mindset transformation coach, and a Neuro-Linguistics Practitioner, but she has worn a lot of hats! Jayme talks about her life growing up in a rural village in northwest Ohio, and how even though she wasn’t an addict by definition, there are lots of types of escapism, and none of them really help you get to where you want to be.

But do we really need to be labeled an addict to get from point A to point B? Jayme, Jason, and Joseph agree: a recovery mindset of constant growth and transformation can be applied to anyone looking to break free from their unhealthy circumstances.

Jayme brings up an important theme, which she has also discussed on her own podcast, "Make Time For Your Mind With Coach Jayme,” - What is enough?

Have you thought deeply about what “enough” means to you?

How do you get yourself off the hamster wheel and start moving forward? Check out Episode 64, "And the Dandelion..." to find out. And for more information about Jayme, visit jaymeshiarlacoaching.com
