Popular Fiddler Randi Fishenfeld plays at Recovery Unplugged

We had a special guest visit from fiddler Randi Fishenfeld to Recovery Unplugged. Randi is a very well known violinist who has played with some huge names like Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band, Journey, B.B. King, Kansas and many more. Randi’s career started in law before she made the move in to the music industry and currently plays with her 5-piece band the “Blue Fire Band”.

Randi visited the Recovery Unplugged drug treatment center in Fort Lauderale, Florida, to meet the clients and share her inspiring story of hope and recovery. After delivering an amazing message Randi played an intimate set with Richie Supa for the Recovery Unplugged clients. Below you can hear a cut from that session of the two performing “Minefield”, a song about the dark and lonely path we travel during active addiction.
