Battle of the Balls 2019

We wanted to make some really bad bowling puns, but we thought we’d spare you. Our Austin Alumni had an amazing time at the alumni-exclusive Battle of the Balls in early August– it was an event right up their alley! Over seventy alumni from the Austin area showed up at Westgate Lanes to help get the ball rolling, and we had a fun time fellowshipping while taking selfies, eating great food, and building an even stronger bond within our alumni community. By giving former clients the opportunity to laugh and spread love in a safe and drug-free environment, we showed Austin that regardless of which stage you might be in your recovery, you can always have some clean, wholesome fun and say #iPartySober!

The Recovery Unplugged #iPartySober Experience

Imagine a sober party where people aren’t fighting or being dramatic because they’re drunk or high; a party where you don’t have to watch your friends throughout the night to make sure they don’t do anything stupid; a party where you can actually hear the music and talk to people; a party where everyone is chill, there’s no drug or alcohol-related drama and there’s not that familiar smell of beer and vomit wafting through the air. Come hang with Recovery Unplugged at our next event as we proudly declare “I Party Sober.” See you at our next party!
