The Executive Director at Recovery Unplugged’s Nashville facility, Rachel is responsible for overseeing the facility as a whole and strives to motivate managers to perform at their highest potential. She is also responsible for maintaining state licensure standards and national accreditation at the Nashville facility. Rachel is passionate about developing and implementing strategies to promote the organization’s mission and vision because she truly believes in the program that Recovery Unplugged offers and has seen first-hand the difference that our program can make on an individual’s life.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Science at Florida Atlantic University and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at NOVA Southeastern University. Rachel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and has been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for over 10 years.
Outside of work, Rachel spends her time with her family and her two rescue dogs, Bailey & Rudy. She enjoys traveling, spending time with close friends, and watching football.
