“Don't you tell me what you think that I can be, I'm the one at the sail, I'm the master of my sea, oh ooh. The master of my sea, oh ooh,” - “Believer,” Imagine Dragons
An Outreach Manager and the National Interventionist here at Recovery Unplugged, Lee Platt handles case management, handling the courts and court officials to help get people into treatment instead of jail. On top of that, he interacts with several other treatment centers, therapists, doctors, and lawyers to help people get into the treatment programs that they deserve. A retired police officer, Lee has been working with our company since its inception and is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
With over nine years in recovery, Lee is an active member in the recovery community and is focused on breaking down the stigma against addiction. Addiction hurts everyone, and Lee is committed to bridging the gap that society has placed between those struggling with substance abuse disorder and those who don’t.
